One of the most overlooked areas of the home is the condition of, and color appeal, of your Front Door.  Most articles written to help guide Home Owners when getting ready to put their house on the market will include the importance of the Front Door Curb Appeal.  It is easy for the authors of such guides to declare the importance of 'setting the stage' to ensure the door is in good repair and has fresh paint.  But, beyond that, it can become difficult to decide what color that door should be.  Repainting it the original color might be the easy, quick way to handle it; however, before doing that take a step back.  Go all the way back and stand at the curb in your front yard and take a long hard look at the current color.  Feel free to engage the opinion of other family members, friends, neighbors and your Realtor to arrive at what the best color would be to create major curb appeal.  Here are a few color selection to give thought to.  Position your mouse over the picture to see the color name and brand.
