Linda Stewart - Licensed Real Estate Broker
How I discovered the Emerald Coast
I lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 22 years and during that time made several vacation trips to the beaches of South Walton County. Each time I visited I was amazed at the emerald-blue color of the Gulf of Mexico and the beauty and purity of the sugar white sand beaches. I loved visiting the unique shops and restaurants, and most of all I loved the leisurely lifestyle. There is a unique sense of community here and a special kind of energy one feels immediately upon rrival. So, after many years in Atlanta, plus adding a 14-year side trip to Southern California, I
finally made the move to my forever home.
My Path to Becoming a Professional Realtor®
Prior to my real estate career, I spent 12 years in the cosmetic industry where I traveled as Regional Manager for the Southeast Division of companies such as Revlon, Shiseido and Diane Von Furstenberg Cosmetics. I longed to exchange my hotel/rental-car life for a profession that would allow me to be home every night. Real Estate appealed to me and so in 1990 I obtained my license and I have been assisting buyers and sellers since that time.
Accomplishing the goals of my Clients and earning their respect continues to direct my professional career and judgement. I am fortunate to have worked with many buyers and sellers since 1990, in major markets such as Atlanta, Georgia, as well as Newport Beach and San Diego, California. And now, since 2014, I am living my dream here on the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida. I have met many wonderful people along the way – some of which remain life-long friends.
